ACCESSIBILITY

We are very pleased that The Gate is Access Able Audited, a copy of our free guide is available to download here to help with planning your visit.

The Gate has excellent access throughout the building including 3 accessible passenger lifts, providing access from both car park levels to ground, first and second floor malls of The Gate.

Accessible spaces are available on both levels of the car parks, located near to the double lifts.

Accessible toilet facilities are located on B1 and B2 levels of the car park at the double lift lobbies along with a Help button for those who may require assistance with wheelchairs or buggies.

Accessible toilet facilities are also located on first floor of The Gate.

Additionally, our Customer Service Officers at The Gate are all trained in supporting our visitors with additional needs.
